Bosses and UC
It's very difficult, specially in India, to convince our Bosses and colleagues about the complications and difficulties associated with UC. Spreading awareness seems to be the answer.

Depression and UC
Depression and UC go hand in hand. Depression can precipitate the disease and lead to relapse. The other way is also true. Repeated relapse can result in depression. The Best and only way that I have experienced to face this tricky situation is to keep oneself well informed and sustain through the Power of Mind. Positive thoughts do help in an early and speedy recovery.

Side Effects
Off late I havebeen suffering from blisters in my nose. Most, likely a side effect of Sazo or Colorex. I am trying to get it cured with the help of my local Doctor who has advised certain additional medicines. Hopefuly, my nose will be back to normal soon.
