Bosses and UC
It's very difficult, specially in India, to convince our Bosses and colleagues about the complications and difficulties associated with UC. Spreading awareness seems to be the answer.

Depression and UC
Depression and UC go hand in hand. Depression can precipitate the disease and lead to relapse. The other way is also true. Repeated relapse can result in depression. The Best and only way that I have experienced to face this tricky situation is to keep oneself well informed and sustain through the Power of Mind. Positive thoughts do help in an early and speedy recovery.
